Snakebite and Black - the student drink of choice - drunk buckets of the stuff as a nipper , couldn't touch it now! My only dabblings with cider in recent years are with pear cider - tastes completley different - you should try that if you haven't already - it does NOT invoke memories of tripping over your tasseled skirt in a drunken wobble, falling in a ditch and puking all over your DM's!
